Yangzhou SIXIN New material technology co., ltd.
Yangzhou SIXIN was built from the ground up in 2018/2019 and is now producing all of SIXIN’s materials for the global market. The plant was developed and built to accommodate our growing markets and improve domestic positioning for chemical production standards in China. SIXIN and our investors combined to spend over $51 million USD on the plant to improve all liquid and powder defoamer production, as well as our reaction vessels, storage, and management offices. $5 million USD of the budget was to ensure local environmental protections and maintenance.
Size and Capabilities
The facility covers an area of 33,000 square meters and a green area of 3,396 square meters. Annual defoamer capacity is 80,000 tons and became fully operational in July 2019. Multiple powder, liquid, and reaction vessel lines have been implemented to ensure SIXIN can offer one of the most diverse product lines in the world.
The factory has adopted a DCS control system for reliable batch to batch quality. The factory is certified ISO9001:2015, ISO22716:2007, iCompliance (HPC420), Kosher, and Halal. The site has 3 warehouses, raw material storage, three production buildings, and management offices.
